Capturing Leads
Use the extension to capture contacts from ZoomInfo.
Step-by-Step
1. Navigate to ZoomInfo
Go to app.zoominfo.com and search for contacts.
2. Open Contact Page
Click on a contact to view their full profile page.
3. Open Extension
Click the Z360 GTM Hub extension icon in toolbar.
4. Select Campaign
Choose which campaign to add this lead to.
5. Click Capture
Click the Capture Lead button.
6. Wait for Completion
Extension will:
- Extract page data
- Use AI to structure information
- Check for duplicates
- Save to database
- Show result notification
What Gets Captured

Capture Results
Success
- Green notification
- Shows contact name
- Shows completeness % (e.g., “85% complete”)
Partial Success
- Yellow notification
- Some fields missing
- Lead still saved
Duplicate Detected
- Blue notification
- “Already captured” message
- No duplicate created
Failed
- Red notification
- Error message shown
- Try again or report issue
Tips for Better Captures

| Capture one at a time | Ensures quality |
Capture Without Campaign
If no campaign selected:
- Lead saved as “unassigned”
- Can assign later via web app
- Not recommended for organization
