First-Time Setup

Connect the Chrome extension to your Z360 GTM Hub account.

Prerequisites

• Extension installed
• Z360 GTM Hub account created
• Logged into web app

Connection Steps

1. Sign In to Web App

1. Go to gtm.zikrainfotech.com
2. Sign in with Google
3. Verify you’re on the dashboard

2. Connect Extension

1. Look for Sign in with Extension button in header
2. Click the button
3. Extension receives authentication automatically
4. Success notification appears

3. Verify Connection

1. Click extension icon in toolbar
2. Should show your name/email
3. Campaign dropdown should appear

What Gets Connected

The extension receives:

• Authentication token (valid 7 days)
• User profile (name, email, role)
• Campaign list access

Token Refresh

• Tokens last 7 days
• Extension auto-refreshes when possible
• If expired, reconnect via web app

Multiple Devices

Each device/browser needs separate connection:

1. Install extension on new device
2. Sign in to web app
3. Click “Sign in with Extension”

Disconnecting

To sign out of extension:

1. Click extension icon
2. Click Sign Out button
3. Extension returns to “Not signed in” state

Troubleshooting Connection

Security Notes

• Tokens are stored securely in Chrome
• Never share tokens or cookies
• Sign out on shared computers
