Understanding the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home base in Z360 GTM Hub. It shows a complete picture of your GTM operations at a glance.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is organized into sections:

Main Content (Left)

  1. Main Metrics Row - 6 key GTM metrics (Contacts, Emails, Outreach, Replies, Meetings, Conversions)
  2. Metrics Trend Chart - Interactive visualization of metrics over time
  3. Revenue Metrics - Net Revenue, MRR, ARR, MRR Growth
  4. Top Campaigns - Your best performing campaigns
  5. Team Section - Leaderboard and goals scoreboard
  1. Your Profile Card - Personal KPIs and progress
  2. Activity Feed - Real-time team activity

Key Elements

GTM Health Score

A composite score (0-100) showing overall GTM execution health. It combines:

  • Velocity (40%) - Meetings and conversions vs targets
  • Activity (35%) - Leads and outreach vs targets
  • Quality (25%) - Reply rate vs benchmark

North Star Metric

Your primary outcome metric: Meetings Booked. Shows progress toward monthly target with visual progress bar.

Date Filtering

Use the filter at the top to view data for:

  • Today
  • This Week
  • This Month
  • This Quarter
  • Custom date range

All dashboard sections update based on your selected period.

What to Check Daily

  1. GTM Health Score - Are you on track?
  2. Your Performance Card - Personal metrics vs targets
  3. Activity Feed - What’s happening on the team?
  4. North Star Progress - Meeting target status
