The Dashboard is your home base in Z360 GTM Hub. It shows a complete picture of your GTM operations at a glance.
Dashboard Layout
The dashboard is organized into sections:
Main Content (Left)
- Main Metrics Row - 6 key GTM metrics (Contacts, Emails, Outreach, Replies, Meetings, Conversions)
- Metrics Trend Chart - Interactive visualization of metrics over time
- Revenue Metrics - Net Revenue, MRR, ARR, MRR Growth
- Top Campaigns - Your best performing campaigns
- Team Section - Leaderboard and goals scoreboard
Sidebar (Right, Desktop)
- Your Profile Card - Personal KPIs and progress
- Activity Feed - Real-time team activity
Key Elements
GTM Health Score
A composite score (0-100) showing overall GTM execution health. It combines:
- Velocity (40%) - Meetings and conversions vs targets
- Activity (35%) - Leads and outreach vs targets
- Quality (25%) - Reply rate vs benchmark
North Star Metric
Your primary outcome metric: Meetings Booked. Shows progress toward monthly target with visual progress bar.
Date Filtering
Use the filter at the top to view data for:
- Today
- This Week
- This Month
- This Quarter
- Custom date range
All dashboard sections update based on your selected period.
What to Check Daily
- GTM Health Score - Are you on track?
- Your Performance Card - Personal metrics vs targets
- Activity Feed - What’s happening on the team?
- North Star Progress - Meeting target status
