Signing In
Z360 GTM Hub uses Google OAuth for authentication. You need a Google account and an invitation from your admin to access the platform.
First-Time Sign In
- Go to gtm.zikrainfotech.com
- Click Sign in with Google
- Select your Google account
- Grant the requested permissions
- You’ll be redirected to the Dashboard
If you see “Access Denied”, contact your admin to add your email to the allowed users list.
Connecting the Chrome Extension
After signing in to the web app, you can connect the Chrome extension:
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store
- On the web app, click Sign in with Extension in the header
- The extension will automatically receive your authentication
Staying Signed In
- Sessions last 7 days before requiring re-authentication
- The extension maintains its own session and will prompt for re-login if needed
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| ”Access Denied” | Ask admin to add your email to allowed users |
| Extension not connecting | Sign out of web app, sign back in, then click “Sign in with Extension” |
| Google OAuth fails | Clear browser cookies and try again |
