Team Goals Scoreboard

The Team Goals Scoreboard tracks progress toward monthly team-wide objectives.

Metrics Tracked

The scoreboard shows 7 team goals:

Display Format

Each metric shows:

  • Current value / Target value (e.g., “45 / 100”)
  • Progress bar - Visual completion indicator
  • Percentage - Completion % (right-aligned)

Progress Colors

0-99%SlateIn progress

Daily Pace Indicator

The scoreboard shows the required daily pace to hit targets. This helps you understand if you’re ahead or behind schedule.

Example: If target is 100 leads and you’re 10 days into a 22-day month, you should have ~45 leads.

Data Sources

Goals are tracked from:

  • Leads table - Lead capture counts
  • Daily reports - Activity metrics (outreach, meetings)
  • Campaign performance - Email metrics
  • Conversions - Revenue data

Setting Team Goals

Team goals are set by admins in Settings > Team Goals.

Viewing Historical Goals

Use the date filter to view goal progress for past months. Target values are stored per month, so historical data shows accurate targets for that period.
