Solutions for common extension issues.
Connection Issues
”Not signed in” after connecting
Solution:
- Sign out of web app
- Clear browser cookies for gtm.zikrainfotech.com
- Sign back in
- Click “Sign in with Extension”
Token expired
Solution:
- Go to web app
- Ensure you’re logged in
- Click “Sign in with Extension” again
Extension not detecting web app
Solution:
- Check extension is installed
- Reload the web app page
- Try in incognito (with extension enabled)
Capture Issues
”Not on ZoomInfo” error
Cause: Not on app.zoominfo.com
Solution: Navigate to ZoomInfo contact page
”Not a contact page” error
Cause: On search results or company page
Solution: Click into a specific contact profile
Capture shows 0% complete
Cause: Page not fully loaded
Solution:
- Wait for page to fully load
- Scroll down to load all sections
- Try again
Duplicate detected
Cause: Contact already captured
Solution: This is expected - use existing lead
AI extraction failed
Cause: Model couldn’t parse page
Solution:
- Refresh ZoomInfo page
- Try again
- If persists, report to admin
Performance Issues
Extension is slow
Solutions:
- Close other tabs
- Disable other extensions temporarily
- Restart Chrome
Popup won’t open
Solutions:
- Right-click icon > “This can read and change site data”
- Reinstall extension
- Check Chrome for updates
Data Issues
Missing fields after capture
Cause: Data not visible on ZoomInfo page
Solution:
- Check ZoomInfo profile completeness
- Some fields may not be available
- Manually add via web app
Wrong data captured
Cause: AI misinterpreted page
Solution:
- Edit lead in web app
- Report recurring issues

If issues persist:
- Note the error message
- Take screenshot of popup
- Contact your admin
- Provide browser version and OS
