Solutions for common extension issues.

Connection Issues

”Not signed in” after connecting

Solution:

  1. Sign out of web app
  2. Clear browser cookies for gtm.zikrainfotech.com
  3. Sign back in
  4. Click “Sign in with Extension”

Token expired

Solution:

  1. Go to web app
  2. Ensure you’re logged in
  3. Click “Sign in with Extension” again

Extension not detecting web app

Solution:

  1. Check extension is installed
  2. Reload the web app page
  3. Try in incognito (with extension enabled)

Capture Issues

”Not on ZoomInfo” error

Cause: Not on app.zoominfo.com

Solution: Navigate to ZoomInfo contact page

”Not a contact page” error

Cause: On search results or company page

Solution: Click into a specific contact profile

Capture shows 0% complete

Cause: Page not fully loaded

Solution:

  1. Wait for page to fully load
  2. Scroll down to load all sections
  3. Try again

Duplicate detected

Cause: Contact already captured

Solution: This is expected - use existing lead

AI extraction failed

Cause: Model couldn’t parse page

Solution:

  1. Refresh ZoomInfo page
  2. Try again
  3. If persists, report to admin

Performance Issues

Extension is slow

Solutions:

  1. Close other tabs
  2. Disable other extensions temporarily
  3. Restart Chrome

Solutions:

  1. Right-click icon > “This can read and change site data”
  2. Reinstall extension
  3. Check Chrome for updates

Data Issues

Missing fields after capture

Cause: Data not visible on ZoomInfo page

Solution:

  1. Check ZoomInfo profile completeness
  2. Some fields may not be available
  3. Manually add via web app

Wrong data captured

Cause: AI misinterpreted page

Solution:

  1. Edit lead in web app
  2. Report recurring issues

Getting Help

If issues persist:

  1. Note the error message
  2. Take screenshot of popup
  3. Contact your admin
  4. Provide browser version and OS
