Common questions about AI-powered prospecting.
Why isn’t my session starting?
Check that:
- ZoomInfo integration is connected (Settings > Integrations)
- Campaign is selected
- ICP prompt is at least 10 characters
- You have proper permissions
Why did my session show “Exhausted”?
“Exhausted” means the agents couldn’t find enough companies matching your ICP. Possible causes:
- ICP too narrow
- Already prospected similar companies
- Geographic restrictions too tight
Solution: Broaden your ICP or adjust campaign filters.
How long should a session take?
Typical times:
- 10 leads: 2-3 minutes
- 50 leads: 8-12 minutes
- 100+ leads: 15-20 minutes
Sessions may take longer if web research is enabled.
Why are my leads scoring low?
Low scores indicate poor ICP fit. Check:
- Company size matches your target
- Industry is relevant to your product
- Decision makers are accessible
- Phone dependency exists
Consider refining your ICP prompt.
Can I stop a session and resume later?
Yes. Click Stop to pause. The session saves current progress. You can resume by clicking the Resume button on that session.
Why aren’t leads being enriched?
Check that:
- Leads are selected
- Enrichment method is chosen
- ZoomInfo has data for those contacts
- API credits are available (for API enrichment)
How do I reduce Tavily usage?
In Settings > AI Prospecting:
- Lower “Max Tavily Lookups” value
- Or set to 0 to disable web research
Sessions will be faster but potentially less accurate.
Why are some contacts rejected?
The Headhunter rejects contacts who aren’t decision makers:
- HR/Recruiting roles
- IT/Engineering roles
- Marketing/Sales roles
- Administrative staff
Only decision-maker titles (owners, C-suite, managers) are accepted.
Can I re-run a session with the same ICP?
Yes, but be aware:
- Duplicate companies are skipped
- Previously captured contacts won’t reappear
- New companies added since last run will be found
For fresh results, create a new campaign or adjust ICP.
