AI Configuration
Configure AI models used throughout Z360 GTM Hub.
Who Can Access
- Super Admin only
Accessing
Go to Settings > AI Configuration.
AI-Powered Features
Z360 uses AI for:
Lead Extraction (Extension)
AI structures lead data captured from ZoomInfo pages.
Requirements: Model with structured output support.
Prospecting Agents
AI agents that search, evaluate, and find contacts.
Requirements: Model with tool calling support.
Model Selection
Available Models
Dropdown shows configured AI models:
- Model name
- Provider (Azure, OpenAI, etc.)
- Status indicator
Selecting a Model
- Click dropdown for feature
- Select model
- Click Test to verify
- Click Save to apply
Testing Models
Before saving, test the model:
- Click Test button
- Model makes a test call
- Success shows latency (e.g., “200ms”)
- Failure shows error message
Model Requirements
Lead Extraction
- Must support structured output
- JSON schema enforcement
- Fast response time preferred
Prospecting Agents
- Must support tool calling
- Function calling capability
- Larger context window preferred
