Why Enrichment?
AI Prospecting finds leads with basic info (name, title, company). Enrichment adds:
- Email address - Required for outreach
- Direct phone - For calling
- Mobile phone - Alternative contact
- LinkedIn URL - Professional profile

API Enrichment (Faster)
Uses ZoomInfo’s export API.

How to Enrich
Select Leads
- Go to session’s Leads tab
- Select leads using checkboxes
- Or use “Select All” for page
Start Enrichment
- Click Enrich Selected in bulk actions
- Choose method (API or Extension)
- Confirm credit usage estimate
- Watch progress bar
Monitor Progress
- Progress percentage updates live
- Status changes:
unenriched→pending→enriched - Failed enrichments marked separately
Enrichment Status

After Enrichment
Enriched leads:
- Have email, phone, LinkedIn filled
- Auto-added to campaign
- Ready for outreach
- Show “Enriched” badge
Cost Considerations
API Enrichment
- 1 credit per successful enrichment
- Credits shown before confirming
- Budget tracking in ZoomInfo account
Extension Enrichment
- Uses view credits (often unlimited)
- Slower but no direct cost
- Good for small batches or testing
Tips
- Enrich immediately - Contact data gets stale
- Prioritize high scores - Enrich 18+ scored leads first
- Use API for volume - Faster for 50+ leads
- Use extension for testing - Free for small batches
- Check failures - Some contacts may have privacy settings
