SDR Targets

Set monthly productivity targets for individual SDRs.

Who Can Edit

• Super Admin - Full edit access
• AE - Full edit access
• SDR - View only (see their targets)

Accessing

Go to Settings > SDR Targets.

Target Metrics

Five metrics per SDR per month:

Setting Individual Targets

1. Select Month and Year
2. Find SDR in the list
3. Click Edit button
4. Enter target values
5. Click Save

Bulk Target Setting

Set same targets for multiple SDRs:

1. Click Bulk Set button
2. Check boxes for SDRs to include
3. Use Select All / Deselect All as needed
4. Enter target values
5. Click Apply

Target Table Display

SDRs Without Targets

If an SDR has no targets for selected month:

• Shows “No targets set”
• Click Set Targets to add

Validation

• All values must be ≥ 0
• Values are integers
• No maximum limit

Target Recommendations

Adjust based on market, product, and capacity.
