Bulk Actions

Work with multiple leads at once using bulk actions.

Selecting Leads

Select Individual Leads

Click the checkbox on each lead row.

Select All (Current Page)

Click the checkbox in the header row to select all visible leads.

Select Across Pages

Selection persists as you navigate pages. Select leads on multiple pages, then apply bulk action.

Bulk Actions Bar

When leads are selected, a bulk actions bar appears showing:

• Count - “N selected”
• Action buttons - Available bulk operations

Available Actions

Mark Favorite

Apply favorite status to all selected leads.

Mark Unfavorite

Remove favorite status from all selected leads.

Mark Converted

Mark all selected leads as converted.

Move to Campaign

Reassign selected leads to a different campaign:

1. Click “Move to Campaign”
2. Select target campaign
3. Confirm

Export

Download selected leads as CSV:

1. Click “Export”
2. File downloads immediately
3. Includes all lead fields

Delete

Remove all selected leads:

1. Click “Delete”
2. Confirm in dialog
3. Leads are permanently removed

Best Practices

• Review selection before bulk delete
• Export first if you might need the data later
• Use filters to select leads precisely
• Move to campaign instead of manual one-by-one assignment
