What Are Benchmarks?
Benchmarks are industry-standard rates that help you assess if your performance is good, average, or needs improvement.
Benchmark Metrics

Performance Status Thresholds
Your rates are compared to benchmarks and assigned a status:
| Status | Threshold | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Excellent | ≥120% of benchmark | Green | Significantly above |
| Good | 105-120% | Blue | Above average |
| Average | 95-105% | Yellow | On par |
| Poor | Less than 95% | Red | Below standard |
Bounce Rate (Inverted)
For bounce rate, lower is better:
| Status | Threshold |
|---|---|
| Excellent | ≤80% of benchmark |
| Good | 80-95% |
| Average | 95-105% |
| Poor | More than 105% |
