Who Can Set Targets

• Super Admin - Full edit access
• AE - Full edit access
• SDR - View only

Target Types

Volume Targets

Companies Prospected Primary goal: number of unique companies to reach.

Emails per Company Default 5 emails per company (range: 1-20).

Emails Sent Target Auto-calculated:

Emails Sent Target = Companies Prospected × Emails per Company

Rate Targets

Setting Targets

1. Go to Settings > Email Targets
2. Select month and year
3. Enter volume targets
4. Enter rate targets
5. Click Save

Expected Funnel Preview

When you set targets, the system shows expected values:

Example: 100 companies × 5 emails = 500 sent
500 sent × 95% delivery = 475 delivered
475 delivered × 40% open = 190 opened
190 opened × 25% reply = 48 replied
48 replied × 20% positive = 10 positive replies
500 sent × 3% max bounce = 15 bounced (max)

Tracking Progress

The Target Progress card shows:

• Volume progress - Actual vs target counts
• Rate progress - Actual vs target percentages
• Status badges - On track, ahead, behind

Partial Month Views

When viewing a partial month (e.g., first 15 days):

• Banner shows selected period
• Explains this is X% of the full month
• Helps interpret partial data against full targets
