Managing Campaigns

Edit, organize, and maintain your campaigns.

Editing a Campaign

  1. Navigate to campaign list or detail view
  2. Click the three-dot menu
  3. Select Edit
  4. Modify fields as needed
  5. Click Save

What You Can Edit

  • Campaign name
  • Description
  • Status
  • ICP filters

Changing Campaign Status

Pausing a Campaign

Use when temporarily stopping activity:

  1. Edit campaign
  2. Change status to Paused
  3. Save

Effects:

  • Campaign hidden from extension dropdown
  • Leads remain in campaign
  • Metrics still visible

Archiving a Campaign

Use when campaign is complete:

  1. Edit campaign
  2. Change status to Archived
  3. Save

Effects:

  • Hidden from default campaign list
  • Can still access via “Show Archived” filter
  • Historical data preserved

Reactivating

Change status back to Active to resume.

Deleting a Campaign

Deletion cannot be undone. Leads are not deleted but become unassigned.

  1. Click three-dot menu
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm in dialog

What happens:

  • Campaign removed permanently
  • Leads’ campaign_id becomes null (unassigned)
  • Historical references lost

Moving Leads Between Campaigns

Bulk Move

  1. Go to Leads page
  2. Select leads to move
  3. Click Move to Campaign in bulk actions
  4. Select target campaign
  5. Confirm

Individual Move

  1. Edit a single lead
  2. Change campaign field
  3. Save

Campaign Organization Tips

  • Use consistent naming conventions
  • Include date/quarter in campaign names
  • Archive quarterly to keep list manageable
  • Review paused campaigns monthly
