Entry Logs

View and manage all email batch entries.

Accessing Entry Logs

Go to Email Outreach > Entry Logs from the sidebar.

Entry Logs Table

The table displays all batch entries with columns:

Filtering Options

Date Range

  • Set start date (From)
  • Set end date (To)

Campaign

  • Filter by specific campaign
  • Or view all campaigns
  • Search by batch name
  • Search by campaign name

Sorting

Click column headers to sort:

  • Date (default: newest first)
  • Emails sent
  • Open rate
  • Reply rate

Pagination

  • Default: 25 entries per page
  • Navigate pages at bottom
  • Shows total entry count

Actions

Edit Entry

Available for 24 hours after creation:

  1. Click Edit icon
  2. Modify values
  3. Save

Delete Entry

Super Admin only:

  1. Click Delete icon
  2. Confirm deletion
  3. Entry removed permanently

Viewing Benchmark Comparison

The page shows benchmark comparison for the selected month, helping you understand how the logged entries perform against standards.

Export

Export entry data:

  1. Apply desired filters
  2. Click Export
  3. CSV downloads with all entries

Best Practices

  • Review weekly for data accuracy
  • Filter by campaign to analyze specific initiatives
  • Check for gaps in daily logging
  • Export monthly for records
