GTM Health Score
The GTM Health Score is a composite metric (0-100) that answers: “Are we on track with GTM execution?”
What It Measures
The score combines three dimensions of GTM performance:
Velocity (40% weight)
Measures revenue-generating output.
- Formula:
(meetings_booked + conversions) / targets - Higher score = More meetings and conversions vs targets
Activity (35% weight)
Measures prospecting and outreach execution.
- Formula:
(leads_captured + outreach_done) / targets - Higher score = More pipeline-building activity
Quality (25% weight)
Measures engagement effectiveness.
- Formula:
(total_replies / total_outreach) × 100% - Compared to: Industry benchmark (typically 2-5%)
- Higher score = Better messaging resonance
