Exporting Leads

Download lead data as CSV for external analysis or CRM import.

Export Options

Export All

Download all leads in the database:

1. Click Export All button in header
2. CSV downloads immediately

Export Filtered

Download only leads matching your current filters:

1. Apply search and filters
2. Click Export Filtered button
3. CSV includes only matching leads

Export Selected

Download specific leads you’ve selected:

1. Select leads using checkboxes
2. Click Export in bulk actions bar
3. CSV includes only selected leads

CSV Format

The export includes all lead fields:

First Name,Last Name,Email,Phone,Company,Title,Industry,...

Included Fields

• Contact info (name, email, phones)
• Company info (name, website, industry, size)
• Location (city, state, country)
• Professional (title, department, seniority)
• Tracking (status, campaign, captured date)
• Revenue (if converted)

File Naming

Exports are named with timestamp:

leads-export-2025-01-15.csv

Limits

Use Cases

CRM Import

Export leads to import into Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs.

Analysis

Open in Excel or Google Sheets for custom analysis.

Backup

Periodic exports for data backup.

Reporting

Create external reports with lead data.

Tips

• Filter first to get relevant subset
• Include campaign filter to export per-campaign
• Check row count before large exports
• Open in Excel for formatting before CRM import
