Understand how your campaigns are performing with key metrics.
Campaign KPIs
Each campaign displays these metrics:
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Total Leads | All leads in campaign |
| Favorites | Leads marked as favorite |
| Converted | Leads with closed deals |
| Weekly | Leads added in last 7 days |
| Complete | Leads with both email and phone |
| Last Activity | Most recent lead capture |
Interpreting Metrics
Lead Volume
- Total Leads shows campaign size
- Weekly indicates recent momentum
- Growing weekly count = active prospecting
Lead Quality
- Favorites shows high-value leads identified
- Complete indicates actionable leads (have contact info)
- High complete % = better data quality
Conversion Success
- Converted shows revenue-generating leads
- Conversion rate = Converted / Total Leads
Campaign List View
The campaign list shows summary metrics:
- Lead count
- Status badge
- Last activity

Expanded metrics available on campaign page:
- All KPIs with current values
- ICP filters configuration
- Full leads table filtered to campaign
Tracking Over Time
Campaign metrics reflect:
- Current point-in-time values
- Use dashboard date filter to see historical snapshots
- Weekly trends visible in Weekly metric
