Starting a Session

Launch an AI Prospecting session to automatically discover leads.

Prerequisites

Before you start:

  • ZoomInfo integration connected
  • Campaign created with ICP filters
  • At least 10-character ICP description

Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to AI Prospecting

Click AI Prospecting in the sidebar.

2. Configure Session

Select Campaign Choose the campaign to add leads to. Campaign ICP filters guide the search.

Write ICP Prompt Describe your ideal customer in detail:

Small dental practices in the Southeast with 5-15 employees that rely heavily on incoming patient calls. Looking for owner-operated practices without dedicated front desk staff.

Select Target Count Choose how many leads you want:

  • 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, or 150

3. Check Integration Status

Verify ZoomInfo shows “Connected” status.

4. Click Start

Click the Start Session button to begin.

What Happens Next

The system runs automatically:

  1. Harvester searches for companies
  2. Evaluator scores each company
  3. Headhunter finds decision makers
  4. Leads save to your campaign

Typical session time:

  • 10 leads: 2-3 minutes
  • 50 leads: 8-12 minutes
  • 100 leads: 15-20 minutes

  • Be specific about industry and size
  • Mention geographic preferences
  • Describe the pain point they face
  • Include decision-maker characteristics
