Campaign Overview

Campaigns are collections of leads organized around a specific outreach initiative or target market.

What Are Campaigns For?

Campaigns help you:

  • Organize leads by target market or initiative
  • Track performance per campaign
  • Define ICP with specific filters
  • Measure success across different strategies

Campaign Structure

Each campaign includes:

  • Name - Identifying label
  • Description - Notes about the campaign
  • Status - Active, Paused, or Archived
  • ICP Filters - Targeting criteria
  • Leads - Contacts assigned to the campaign

Campaign Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveAccepting new leads, visible in lists
PausedTemporarily stopped, leads remain
ArchivedCompleted, hidden from default views

Accessing Campaigns

Campaigns appear in:

  • Sidebar - Quick navigation to campaign list
  • Lead table - Campaign column and filter
  • Extension popup - Campaign selector when capturing

Campaign Metrics

Each campaign displays:

  • Total leads
  • Favorites count
  • Converted leads
  • Weekly additions
  • Complete contacts (has email + phone)
  • Last activity date
