ZoomInfo Connection
Connect ZoomInfo to enable AI Prospecting and lead enrichment.
Why ZoomInfo?
ZoomInfo provides:
- Company database for searching
- Contact information (emails, phones)
- Firmographic data (industry, size, revenue)
- Decision maker identification
Connection Method
Z360 uses ZoomInfo MCP (Model Context Protocol) for integration.

- Automatic token refresh

Setup Steps
1. Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find ZoomInfo Section
Look for “ZoomInfo MCP Integration”.
3. Click Connect
Click the Connect ZoomInfo button.
4. Authorize
- ZoomInfo login page opens
- Enter your ZoomInfo credentials
- Authorize Z360 GTM Hub access
- Redirected back to settings
5. Verify Connection
Connection status shows:
- Green “Connected” badge
- Token expiry date
- Connected user email
Connection Details

| Last Refreshed | When token was last refreshed |
Disconnecting
To disconnect ZoomInfo:
- Click Disconnect button
- Confirm action
- Connection removed
Disconnecting disables AI Prospecting until reconnected.
Token Refresh
Tokens auto-refresh before expiry. If manual refresh needed:
- Click Refresh Token button
- May require re-authentication
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Connection fails | Check ZoomInfo account access |
| Token expired | Click Reconnect |
| Permission denied | Verify ZoomInfo subscription |
| API errors | Check ZoomInfo service status |
Requirements
- Active ZoomInfo subscription
- API access enabled on your account
- Admin approval (if required by your ZoomInfo admin)
