User Roles

Z360 GTM Hub uses role-based access control. Your role determines what you can see and do.

Role Hierarchy

Role Permissions

SDR (Sales Development Representative)

Can do:

  • View dashboard and personal performance
  • Capture leads with extension
  • Submit daily reports
  • View their own targets (read-only)
  • View campaigns and leads

Cannot do:

  • Edit team targets
  • Manage users
  • Configure integrations
  • Change AI settings

AE (Account Executive)

Everything SDR can do, plus:

  • Create and edit campaigns
  • Set SDR targets
  • Set email targets
  • View team reports
  • Edit daily reports
  • Manage team goals

Super Admin

Everything AE can do, plus:

  • Manage users (invite, roles, remove)
  • Configure AI models
  • Customize AI prospecting agents
  • Manage integrations (ZoomInfo, Tavily)
  • Full system access

How to Check Your Role

  1. Click your profile avatar in the sidebar
  2. Your role badge appears under your name

Requesting Role Changes

Contact a Super Admin to change your role. They can update it in Settings > Team Management.

Role-Based UI Indicators

Throughout the app, you’ll see:

  • “View Only” badge - You can see but not edit
  • Disabled buttons - Action requires higher role
  • Hidden sections - Content not available for your role
