Searching & Filtering

Find specific leads quickly using search and filters.

The search box searches across multiple fields:

  • First name / Last name
  • Company name
  • Email
  • Job title
  • Phone
  • Website

How Search Works

  • Searches all words independently
  • “Greg Schlafer” finds leads matching “Greg” OR “Schlafer”
  • Updates in real-time as you type

Filters

Campaign Filter

Filter by campaign assignment:

  • Select one or multiple campaigns
  • “No Campaign” shows unassigned leads

Captured By

Filter by who captured the lead:

  • Select team members from dropdown
  • Shows leads that specific SDR captured

Status

Filter by lead status:

  • Normal
  • Favorite
  • Converted

Date Range

Filter by capture date:

  • Set start date (From)
  • Set end date (To)
  • Both are optional

Location Filters

  • City - Partial text match
  • State - Exact match

Contact Info Filters

Toggle filters for data quality:

  • Has Email - Only leads with business email
  • Has Phone - Only leads with phone number
  • Has LinkedIn - Only leads with LinkedIn URL

Active Filters Display

Active filters appear as tags below the search bar:

  • Click X on any tag to remove that filter
  • Click Clear All to reset all filters

URL Persistence

Your filter selections save to the URL:

/leads?campaign=abc&status=favorite&hasEmail=true

This lets you:

  • Share filtered views with teammates
  • Bookmark specific filter combinations
  • Navigate back to previous filters

Tips

  • Combine filters to narrow results
  • Use “Has Email” to find contactable leads
  • Filter by campaign to focus on specific initiatives
  • Use date range to see recent captures
