Integrations Overview
Connect external services to enhance Z360 GTM Hub capabilities.
Available Integrations
| Integration | Purpose | Required For |

| ZoomInfo | Company and contact data | AI Prospecting, Lead enrichment |
| Tavily | Web research | Enhanced company evaluation |
Accessing Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Who Can Manage
- Super Admin - Full access to connect/disconnect
- AE - View status only
- SDR - No access
Integration Status
Each integration shows:
- Connected (green) - Working properly
- Not Connected (gray) - Needs setup
- Expired (yellow) - Token needs refresh
- Error (red) - Issue needs attention
Why Integrations Matter
ZoomInfo (Required)
- Provides company database for AI Prospecting
- Supplies contact information
- Enables lead enrichment
- Without it: AI Prospecting won’t work
Tavily (Optional)
- Adds web research capability
- Helps evaluate borderline companies
- Improves scoring accuracy
- Without it: AI Prospecting still works but less accurate
Connection Flow
- Navigate to integration section
- Click Connect button
- Complete OAuth flow or enter credentials
- Verify connection status
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Token expired | Click Reconnect |
| Connection failed | Check credentials, retry |
| API errors | Check service status |
