Who Sets Targets

  • Super Admin - Full edit access
  • AE - Full edit access
  • SDR - View only (see badge)

Target Metrics

Five metrics can have targets:

How Targets Work

Monthly Basis

Targets are set per month per SDR.

Pro-rating

When viewing partial periods, targets auto-adjust:

Pro-rated = Monthly Target × (Working Days / 22)

Example

Monthly meeting target: 20 Viewing 11 working days: 20 × (11/22) = 10 meetings

Viewing Your Targets

  1. Go to Settings > SDR Targets
  2. Select month/year
  3. Find your row
  4. See targets (view only for SDRs)

Target Setting (Admin)

Individual Setting

  1. Click Edit on SDR row
  2. Enter target values
  3. Save

Bulk Setting

  1. Click Bulk Set
  2. Select multiple SDRs
  3. Enter uniform targets
  4. Apply to all selected

Target vs Actual

On dashboard and reports:

  • Target - What you should achieve
  • Actual - What you’ve done
  • % - Achievement percentage
  • Remaining - How many more needed
