Manage users, roles, and access to Z360 GTM Hub.

Who Can Access

  • AE and Super Admin only

Accessing

Go to Settings > Team Management.

Tabs Overview

Active Users

All current team members.

Pending Invitations

Sent but not accepted invitations.

Allowed Emails

Email whitelist for automatic access.

Active Users Tab

User Table

Changing User Roles

  1. Click Edit on user row
  2. Select new role from dropdown
  3. Click Save

Role options:

  • SDR - Standard access
  • AE - Extended permissions
  • Super Admin - Full access

Removing Users

  1. Click Delete on user row
  2. Confirm deletion
  3. User loses access immediately

Deletion is permanent. User’s data (reports, captures) remains but becomes uneditable.

Pending Invitations Tab

Shows invitations that haven’t been accepted.

Invitation Details

  • Email address
  • Role assigned
  • Sent date
  • Status

Revoking Invitations

  1. Click Revoke button
  2. Confirm action
  3. Invitation link becomes invalid

Allowed Emails Tab

Email addresses that can self-register.

Adding Allowed Emails

  1. Enter email address
  2. Click Add
  3. Email appears in list

Removing Allowed Emails

  1. Click Remove on email row
  2. Confirm action
  3. Email can no longer self-register

Inviting New Users

  1. Click Invite User button
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role
  4. Click Send Invitation
  5. User receives email with signup link
