Common questions about the dashboard.

Why is my GTM Health Score low?

The GTM Health Score combines three factors:

  • Velocity (40%) - Meetings and conversions vs targets
  • Activity (35%) - Leads and outreach vs targets
  • Quality (25%) - Reply rate vs benchmark

Check which component is lowest and focus there.

Why don’t my metrics match the team total?

The dashboard shows data for the selected date range. Ensure you’re viewing the same period. Also, some metrics aggregate across the team while personal metrics show only your contribution.

How often does the dashboard update?

  • Activity Feed - Real-time
  • Main Metrics - Every few minutes
  • Trend Charts - Daily aggregation
  • Revenue Metrics - When conversions are logged

Why is MRR Growth showing 0%?

MRR Growth requires previous period data. If:

  • This is the first month tracking
  • Previous month had no MRR
  • Viewing partial data

Growth will show as 0% or unavailable.

Can I export dashboard data?

Yes. Click the Export button on the dashboard to download a CSV with:

  • All main metrics
  • Revenue metrics
  • Top campaigns
  • Team data

Why is my rank not showing on the leaderboard?

Your rank appears when:

  • You have an assigned target for the period
  • At least one metric has been logged
  • The period has activity data

Check that targets are set for the current month.

What time zone does the dashboard use?

All data is stored and displayed in UTC. Dates are calculated based on UTC midnight boundaries.
