Team Leaderboard
The Team Leaderboard shows team rankings based on performance against goals.
How Ranking Works
Team members are ranked by overall performance score:
Overall Score = (Revenue Progress × 50%) + (Meetings Progress × 50%)Where:
- Revenue Progress = Actual revenue / Target revenue
- Meetings Progress = Actual meetings / Target meetings
Leaderboard Display
Each entry shows:
- Rank badge - Position indicator (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
- Avatar - Team member photo or initials
- Name - “You” shown for current user
- Primary metric - Meetings booked count
- Revenue - Revenue generated this period
- Goal progress - Visual bar showing % achieved
- Trend - Change vs previous period (↑, ↓, →)

AI Agent Entry
If AI Prospecting is enabled, the AI Agent appears as a special entry:
- Shows leads found (not meetings)
- AI icon distinguishes from humans
- Typically shows strong lead generation numbers

Your row has a subtle background highlight for easy identification.

Use the dropdown to sort leaderboard by:
- Overall score
- Leads
- Outreach
- Engagements
- Meetings
- Conversions
Tips
- Check leaderboard weekly to see standings
- Use it as motivation, not competition
- AI Agent can supplement human efforts
