North Star Metric

The North Star Metric tracks your primary outcome: Meetings Booked. Meetings are the leading indicator of revenue opportunity.

What It Shows

The North Star card displays:

  • Main value: Total meetings booked (e.g., “23 / 40 target”)
  • Progress bar: Visual representation of progress
  • Remaining count: How many more needed to hit target
  • Your contribution: Personal meetings + your % of total
  • Trend: Change vs previous period

Progress Bar Colors

Calculation

Progress % = (Total Meetings Booked / Monthly Target) × 100

How Meetings Count

Meetings are counted from:

  • Daily reports: meetings_booked field submitted by SDRs
  • AI Prospecting: Meetings resulting from AI-discovered leads

Using This Metric

Daily Check

See if you’re on pace. If you’re at 50% through the month, you should be at ~50% of target.

Personal Contribution

The card shows your personal meetings count and what percentage of the team total that represents.

Team Visibility

Everyone sees the same North Star, creating alignment around the key outcome.

Setting the Target

Monthly meeting targets are set by admins in Settings > Team Goals.
