Profile Settings
Manage your personal account information.
Accessing
Go to Settings > Profile.
What You Can View
- Your name
- Email address
- Role badge (SDR, AE, Super Admin)
- Account creation date
- Profile avatar
What You Can Edit
Currently, profile information syncs from Google OAuth:
- Name from Google account
- Email from Google account
- Avatar from Google profile
Changing Your Name
To update your name:
- Update it in your Google account
- Sign out of Z360 GTM Hub
- Sign back in
- Changes sync automatically
Avatar
Your avatar comes from your Google profile picture.
To change:
- Update Google profile picture
- Changes may take 24-48 hours to sync
Role Information
Your role determines access level:
- SDR - Standard user, view-based access
- AE - Extended editing capabilities
- Super Admin - Full system access
To change your role, contact a Super Admin.
Account Security
- Authentication via Google OAuth
- No password stored in Z360
- Sessions expire after 7 days
- Extension requires separate connection
Signing Out
Click your avatar in sidebar > Sign Out
This signs you out of:
- Web application
- Extension (if connected)
