Logging Email Batches
Record email campaign data through batch entry logging.
What Is a Batch Entry?
A batch entry is a daily or periodic log of email performance data for a specific campaign. This data feeds into dashboard analytics.
Who Can Log
- AE and above - Create and edit entries
- Super Admin - Delete entries
Creating a Batch Entry
- Go to Email Outreach > Entry Logs
- Click Add Entry
- Fill in the form
- Click Save
Entry Form Fields
Required Fields

| Contacts Loaded | Total contacts in batch |
| Contacts Validated | Accepted by email system |
| Emails Sent | Total dispatched |
| Emails Delivered | Reached inbox |
| Emails Opened | Tracked opens |
| Emails Replied | Any responses |
| Emails Bounced | Failed deliveries |
| Positive Replies | Interested responses |

Validation Rules
The system enforces logical constraints:

24-Hour Edit Window
Entries can be edited for 24 hours after creation:
- Edit button available during window
- After 24 hours, entries are locked
- Super Admin can delete if needed
Tips
- Log daily for accurate trend data
- Double-check numbers before saving
- Use batch names for easy identification
- Include end dates for multi-day batches
