Connect Tavily for enhanced web research capabilities.

What is Tavily?

Tavily is a web search API designed for AI applications. It helps Z360 GTM Hub:

• Research company websites
• Validate company information
• Improve evaluation accuracy

Is It Required?

No - Tavily is optional. AI Prospecting works without it.

With Tavily: Better accuracy for borderline companies (score 6-8) Without Tavily: Faster processing, lower cost, slightly less accuracy

Setup Steps

1. Get API Key

1. Go to Tavily website 
2. Create account or sign in
3. Generate API key

2. Navigate to Settings

Go to Settings > Integrations.

3. Find Tavily Section

Look for “Tavily Integration”.

4. Enter API Key

1. Paste your API key
2. Click Save
3. Verify connection status

Usage in AI Prospecting

Tavily is used by the Evaluator Agent:

1. Evaluator scores company (1-10)
2. For uncertain scores (6-8), Evaluator requests web research
3. Tavily searches company website/news
4. Evaluator re-evaluates with research
5. Final score assigned

Usage Limits

Default limit: 50 Tavily lookups per AI Prospecting session

This can be adjusted in Settings > AI Prospecting under “Max Tavily Lookups”.

Cost Considerations

Tavily charges per API call. Monitor usage:

• Session reports show Tavily calls made
• Reduce max lookups to lower costs
• Disable for cost-sensitive sessions

Disconnecting

To remove Tavily:

1. Clear API key field
2. Click Save
3. Status changes to “Not Connected”

AI Prospecting continues without web research.
