Set monthly objectives for the entire team.
Who Can Edit
- Super Admin - Full edit access
- AE - Full edit access
- SDR - View only
Accessing
Go to Settings > Team Goals.
Goal Metrics

| Outreach Target | Total outreach activities |
| Replies Target | Total positive responses |
| Meetings Target | Total meetings to book |
| Conversions Target | Total deals to close |
| Revenue Target | Total revenue to generate ($) |
| MRR Target | Monthly recurring revenue ($) |
Setting Team Goals
- Select Month and Year
- Enter target values for each metric
- Click Save
How Goals Are Tracked
Team goals appear on:
- Dashboard - Team Goals Scoreboard
- GTM Health Score - Velocity and Activity components
- North Star Metric - Meetings target
Goal vs Individual Targets

Team goals are often the sum of individual targets, but can be set independently.
Month Selection
- Goals are set per month
- Past months show historical goals
- View any month for reference
Best Practices

Goal Achievement
Goals are considered achieved at 100%+. Dashboard shows:
- Green (100%+): Goal met
- Progress bar shows percentage
- Remaining count shows gap
